Our group vision is an increasing number of small specialist units.
We are solving the challenge of unacceptable standards of care and getting rid of the worst care.
The people that will benefit from this would be people with dementia and their carers.
The help we need includes money, recognition, legislation and choice.
The steps we are going to take are lobbying, collecting evidence and working in partnership.
The stages of dementia that our ideas fall into are 3 and 4.
